Rooted in tradition.

Made to surprise.

LASA began as a simple Instagram page—a place for Chef Jeeno to share dishes created throughout his culinary journey in restaurants, catering, corporate dining, and at home. What started as a creative outlet evolved into handcrafted Filipino spice blends and seasonings, but something was still missing.

Driven by a love for innovation and his Filipino roots, LASA became a patisserie where familiar flavors are reimagined into unexpected creations—from the Banh-Desal and Cheese Liège Waffle Ensaymada to the Kare-Kare Cookie with Bagoong Caramel.

A graduate of Sacramento State and the Culinary Institute of America at Napa, Jeeno has cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens, led corporate dining programs as an executive chef, catered weddings and celebrations, and now serves his local community as a chef manager.

At LASA, the mission is simple: honor the flavors of the Philippines by turning them into pastries and desserts that are nostalgic, surprising, and delightfully unthinkable.

100% of profit goes towards Chef Jeeno’s daughter’s college fund.
